- ESAB® Purox® 4202 Series Acetylene Cutting Nozzle/Cutting Tip cuts 6" metal thickness and has gas pressure of 60 - 70 PSIG for cutting oxygen and 10 - 12 PSIG for acetylene. Nozzle/cutting tip features a 6 - 9 inches per min cutting speed, 0.130 - 0.160" average kerf width and requires gas consumption of 340 - 460 CFH for total oxygen and 22 - 28 CFH for acetylene. Medium pre-heat nozzle features 6 preheat holes, 43" drill cutting and is used for beveling and general-purpose applications.
