- ESAB® Oxweld® 1502 Series Size 8 Nozzle/Cutting Tip cuts 2 - 4" metal thickness and has gas pressure of 40 - 55 PSIG for cutting oxygen, 20 - 30 PSIG for preheat oxygen and 6 - 8 PSIG for acetylene. Nozzle/cutting tip features a 6 - 14 inches per min cutting speed, 0.015 - 0.100" average kerf width and requires gas consumption of 185 - 285 CFH for total oxygen and 16 - 22 CFH for acetylene. Medium pre-heat nozzle/cutting tip features 6 preheat holes, 46" drill cutting and is used for beveling, cutting dirty plate and general-purpose applications.
