- Miller® Swingpak™ 12' Base features unique counter balanced design that helps to place the boom easily and conveniently. It accommodates power source, feeder system, water coolant system and gas cylinder. Base has solid plate for better organize of components as well as cables and is designed for use with 8' - 12' or 16' Swingarc™ booms. It offers plug-in options for easy upgrade/configure your system. Base features self-shielded, flux-cored wire which is designed for railroad industry. It provides maximum output while dealing with large weldments and hard-to-reach areas.
