- RADNOR™ Cylinder Safety Caps and Collars. These products are designed to protect the regulator and cylinder valves, even while the cylinder is in use. You no longer need to disconnect the regulator- just open the cap, shut off the valve and close the cap. The caps fit on all standard high pressure cylinders while the collars fit low pressure fuel gas cylinders. The cylinders meet CGA-requirements and are stocked in our Distribution Centers. The RADNOR™ caps' heavy duty design offer our customers a more robust product at a better price.
